1. Who we are

GEO Analysis Tool is operated at geoanalysistool.com. We provide AI-powered webpage auditing services that analyse content for generative engine optimisation (GEO) readiness. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@geoanalysistool.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following information when you use our service:

• The URL you submit for auditing
• The publicly accessible content of the page at that URL, fetched at the time of submission
• Your email address, if provided during checkout or when contacting us
• Basic usage data including pages visited, collected via Google Analytics 4
• Payment information, processed entirely by Paddle. We do not store card details.

3. How we use your data

We use the data we collect solely to:

• Generate your GEO audit report
• Deliver your report and any paid content you have purchased
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our analysis over time
• Respond to support or enquiry emails you send us
• Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the product

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Third-party services

• Anthropic Claude API - Used to analyse submitted page content and generate reports. Page content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
• Airtable - Used to store audit results and submission records.
• Tally.so - Used to collect URL submissions via the homepage form.
• Paddle - Used to process payments. Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles all payment data.
• Google Analytics 4 - Used to track aggregate site usage. Data is anonymised.
• Make.com - Used to automate the workflow between submission, analysis, and delivery.

5. Data retention

Audit results are stored so you can access your report via its unique link. To request deletion of your data, email hello@geoanalysistool.com with the URL you submitted and we will remove it within 7 days.

6. Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to track aggregate site usage. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to object to its processing. Contact hello@geoanalysistool.com and we will respond within 14 days.

8. Children

GEO Analysis Tool is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the last updated date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
